![]() She-Hulk is one of my favorite superheroes and John Byrne’s Sensational She-Hulk run is one that I love for it’s late 80’s early 90’s witty humor and fourth-wall-breaking. It doesn't sound like it would have been that hard to make this into a great volume, sad they didn't bother. This means any doublepage, you'll just miss a good chunk of what's happening in the middle (there is a particularly text heavy section that's simply impossible to read) The binding is tight (as it should be), but the double, splash pages are not taking it into consideration. This is one of the main things that has always separated the Omnibus series from the softcover 'Epic' line, and I can't imagine why these were omitted here. For some reason, this seems to be one of the very few marvel omnibuses (to my knowledge, I have bought lots of them) that even omits the letter column. Original pages, covers, ads, hard-to-find material. ![]() These volumes are enticing because of their backup features, in addition to their content. In some instances the digital recoloring seems done with a heavy brush, completely covering up the original art. But the volume has a number of problems, such as: There is no issue with the actual stories they are a really fun read, Byrne at his best. ![]()
